Who Qualifies for a Farm Permit?

From 14 through 15 years old, you can drive:
On the most direct route from their home and school for the purpose of school attendance when school is in session.
At any time, when accompanied by an adult who holds a valid driver license and who is seated in the front seat.
At NO time with non-family passengers under 18.
At 16 years old, for a period of six months, you can drive:
From 5:00 am to 9:00 pm, while going to, from, or in conjunction with any farm job, employment, or other farm related work.
At 16 1/2 years old, an applicant can obtain an unrestricted license after submission of an Affidavit of Driver Training stating that the applicant has completed at least fifty hours of adult-supervised driving with at least ten of those hours at night.
