Who Qualifies for a Farm Permit?
To get an Oklahoma Farm Permit, you must:

This permit comes with rules to ensure safety!
From 14 through 15 years old, you can drive:
For permit holders who reside on a farm, they can take the most direct route from their home and school for the purpose of school attendance when school is in session.
Any time, when accompanied by an adult who holds a valid driver license and who is seated in the front seat.
No non-family passengers under 18.
At 16 years old, for a period of six months:
From 5:00 am to 9:00 pm, while going to, from, or in conjunction with any farm job, employment, or other farm related work.
While going to or from authorized school activities.
While going directly to or from a worship service held by a religious organization.
Any time, when accompanied by an adult who holds a valid driver license and who is seated in the front seat.
At 16 1/2 years old, an applicant can obtain an unrestricted license after submission of an Affidavit of Driver Training stating that the applicant has completed at least fifty hours of adult-supervised driving with at least ten of those hours at night.
